OF MANAGERS - We have not updated information from
the Hold List that was turned in. If you have indicated you will not be
managing a team in 2011 please forward
this newsletter to the new manager.

HOLD LIST – You can mail your Hold List to our PO Box 6132 , Florence or you can put the Hold List in the mail box
next to the garage door at Jim Cummins house.

HOLD LIST - THE TEAM HOLD LIST WAS DUE BY JULY 12TH. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH
A GIVEN PARENT CONTACT JIM CUMMINS. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND DID NOT MAKE THIS
DATE PLEASE CONTACT JIM CUMMINS (525‑8913). ANY TEAM WHICH DOES NOT
RETURN A HOLD LIST BY THE END OF AUGUST MAY BE PENALIZED. THE PENALTY MAY INCLUDE
AVAILABILITY OF PRACTICE FIELDS, NO SPECIAL REQUEST, OR REQUEST OF ANY KIND OR
ELIMINATION OF TEAM, ETC.
EQUIPMENT - If you are planning to manage the team for 2011 in Boone County
Knothole you should keep your equipment. If you are not going to manage next
year we would appreciate if you checked
with parents on team to see if any of them will manage the team.. If you cannot find someone you must contact
Jim Cummins and turn in your equipment.
T‑BALL TEAMS SHOULD RETURN THE TEE TO THE BOONE COUNTY KNOTHOLE COMPLEX UNLESS YOU
ARE STAYING IN T-BALL FOR 2011. BE SURE TO PUT YOUR NAME ON TEE AND LEAVE ON
FRONT PORCH IF NO ONE IS AT HOME.
MANAGERS OF 2ND YEAR A TEAMS SHOULD TURN IN EQUIPMENT TO THE COMPLEX .
NEW MANAGERS - If you know of anyone who is interested in managing a team in 2011
have them contact Jim Cummins (525‑8913) or Bob Brown (525-2205). We will
need managers for teams in several classes.
D‑INSTRUCTION - Teams that were D‑Instructional in 2010 that will be moving up
to D1 will need sponsors in 2011 for uniforms.
