MEETING - DATE: SATURDAY - February 4, 2012, PLACE: KY FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN - Florence, Ky. TIME: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

THIS MEETING IS TO TURN IN CONTRACTS. YOU MAY COME ANYTIME BETWEEN 1:00 & 2:00.

YOU MUST TURN IN BOTH MONEY & CONTRACT. WE WILL NOT TAKE ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER.

CONTRACTS - IF YOU DO NOT TURN IN CONTRACTS ON FEB 4TH WE WILL ASSUME YOU ARE NOT MANAGING A TEAM. THE NUMBER OF CONTRACTS YOU TURN IN WILL BE THE NUMBER OF CONTRACTS COUNTED AT THE DRAFT. IF WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH PLAYERS FOR A GIVEN CLASS WE MAY HAVE TO DISSOLVE TEAMS. THIS WILL BE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS EACH TEAM HAS AND THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS IN THE DRAFT.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE PARENTS SIGNATURE, PLAYER SIGNATURE, BIRTH DATE & MANAGER SIGNATURE ON BOTH COPIES.

SPECIAL REQUESTS - ALL SPECIAL REQUEST FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN BY 2/11/12. THE ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE FOR NEW MANAGERS THAT ARE STARTING WITH NO PLAYERS> YOU CAN TURN THEM IN AT THE SIGN UP AT KY FEDERAL ON 2/11/12 BETWEEN 1PM & 3:00PM. PLEASE REMEMBER THE PLAYER MUST BE SIGNED UP AND IN THE DRAFT FOR A SPECIAL REQUEST. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FORM LET US KNOW.

PLAYER REGISTRATION - New players can fill out a form and mail it to the address above. We will accept new players as long as we have openings on teams. All players must signup and go through the draft procedures to play on a team. Forms have been distributed to the schools.

New players can also obtain the signup form from our Web Site www.bcknothole.com

PLAYER DRAFT - A list of players will be provided at the draft. You may not try out these players (such as batting cage, etc.). If you have someone who wants to play have the player fill out a form and mail it in or contact Jim Cummins or Bob Brown. The sooner a player signs up to play the better chance they have of getting on a team. The 2012 Player Draft will be held at KY Federal S & L in Florence on U.S. 42. ALL MANAGERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AT THE DRAFT OR HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE THERE FOR THEIR TEAM EVEN IF THEY DO NOT NEED PLAYERS. YOU MUST CONTACT JIM CUMMINS (525-8913) OR BOB BROWN (525-2205) IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BEING AT THE DRAFT. IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE OF A PROBLEM WITH THE DRAFT YOUR TEAM MAY BE DISBANDED. Only managers, coaches or their official representative are to be at the draft, parents are not allowed. We will distribute additional information at the draft. If you are a new manager and not familiar with the draft procedures you can obtain more information at the February meeting or from Jim Cummins or Bob Brown.

There will not be a reentry draft. If you need additional players you will be informed on procedures at the draft.
