NOTE: THERE WILL NOT BE A MEETING IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER. THE NEXT

             MEETING AFTER OCTOBER WILL BE IN JANUARY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A

             NEWSLETTER PRIOR TO THE JANUARY MEETING. IF ANY ITEM COMES UP PRIOR

              TO THE JANUARY MEETING PLEASE CONTACT JIM CUMMINS (525‑8913) OR BOB BROWN (525-2205).

 

EMAIL -  IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGES BETWEEN NOW AND JANUARY PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN UPDATE OUR RECORDS.

 

Team Roster (HOLD LIST) - We still have a couple of teams that have not turned in a HOLD LIST.  You can still let us know team status.  There may be problems for teams that do not turn it in.

 

ITEMS FOR 2009 - If you have any item which you would like considered for 2009 contact Bob Brown (525-2205) or Jim Cummins (525-8913) . Procedures will be formulated between now and the January meeting for the 2009 season.

 

2009 MANAGERS - There will be many items of importance covered at the January, February, and March meetings. IT WILL BE MANDATORY THAT EVERY MANAGER ATTEND THE JANUARY MEETING. YOU WILL RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS IN THE JANUARY NEWSLETTER. It will be of benefit for you to attend or send someone to obtain information if you cannot attend any of these meetings. If you will be a class D1 team or you are a new manager, you should be trying to obtain a sponsor for the cost of uniforms now and not waiting until February or March. Sometimes it takes eight weeks to obtain uniforms. The 2009 season normally starts approximately April 16‑23 for all teams except D‑Inst & T‑Ball which will start one week later.
